I started my career at Globalpraxis as an Associate after completing my Master’s degree. Since then I have been involved in a wide variety of projects in countries such as the United States, Italy, Serbia, and South Africa, acquiring experience and assuming more responsibility in each project. The professional and personal growth I have experienced along the way have triggered my motivation to continue to develop my career in this company.
All the projects I have participated in have constantly challenged me, requiring the application of customized methodologies and different skills in order to pursue them successfully. One of the projects I enjoyed the most was a route-to-market transformation for a leading FMCG company in an emerging country. Cultural differences and resistance to change were the main constraints for the project, which required the Globalpraxis team to build trust-based relationships, not only with the stakeholders but also across all levels in the organization in order to drive change and successfully implement the new route-to-market strategy.
One of the major satisfactions of working on a project is to prove that the strategy recommended is being successfully implemented by leading to a clear improvement of the client’s turnover and profitability.
