Adham Hussein has 16 years of experience in the Coca-Cola system. He has worked in the field with sales and operations teams in over 78 countries, leading eight route-to-market and sales function transformation projects and implementing RED in 47 countries.
In addition, Adham led a global route-to-market academy in supporting the development and implementation of over 60 route-to-market re-stages in 31 countries.
He was responsible for the creation of the Global Revenue Growth Management Road Map for The Coca-Cola Company in 2016, with rollout taking place across the Middle East in 2017.
He has also conducted 17 pack & price architecture design workshops in 15 countries.
