Adham Hussein has sixteen years of experience in the Coca-Cola system. He has worked in the field with sales and operations teams in over seventy-eight countries, leading eight route-to-market and sales function transformation projects and implementing RED in forty-seven countries.
In addition, Adham led a global route-to-market academy in supporting the development and implementation of over 60 route-to-market re-stages in thirty-one countries.
He was responsible for the creation of the Global Revenue Growth Management Road Map for The Coca-Cola Company in 2016, with rollout taking place across the Middle East in 2017.
He has also conducted seventeen pack & price architecture design workshops in fifteen countries.
