In 1975, after working for the French Air Force as Deputy Manager of a computer center, Noël Gaudinat joined Johnson & Johnson in Paris as computer systems analyst, designing and installing accounting and financial information systems.
He went to Australia in 1978, joining Management Application Systems in Sydney as a senior consultant in information systems, responsible for project management, systems development, customer liaisons, and staff training.
Noël joined The MAC Group in 1981 as a consultant in the Buenos Aires office. Not long afterward, he moved to the Barcelona office and later to North America, all the while negotiating and managing consulting assignments, mostly in the fields of strategy for consumer goods and telecommunications.
He then became an independent consultant, counseling international clients on strategic issues.
Returning to Europe in 1996, Noël rejoined his former colleagues. In 2000, alongside Ramon Vergés and Jean-Paul Evrard, he was a founding partner of Globalpraxis. Since 2016, Noël has shared his time between consulting and charities.
He specializes in quick recovery of revenue growth, using marketing, sales, distribution, and customer service to attract, retain, and stimulate customers.
Noël holds an MBA from Wharton.
He is French, and speaks French, English, and Spanish. He currently lives between Geneva and the Mediterranean coast, where he enjoys sailing.
