Kris is an experienced CEO / CMO with a deep combination of Beverage + FMCG + B2B leadership across multiple industries & geographies. He thrives on building and implementing a straightforward roadmap that delivers simultaneous growth in performance and culture consistently over time.

Kris has 30 years’ experience in executive management positions. He is current CEO and founder of Net Positive Holdings (M&A), with particular focus on the beverages industry (Non-Alc + Alc / FMCG / Premium +). Prior to that, he was CEO of North American Breweries, Inc., among the top 10 US brewers, where he aligned the new growth strategy and implementation that resulted in nearly doubled EBITDA. As EVP, global chief marketing officer, and innovation leader for Brown-Forman, a leading spirits and wine company, he oversaw 3 years of consecutive growth, managing the restoration of its’ primary brand (Jack Daniel’s) to among the top 10 sprits in the US. While global head of professional products at Syngenta, a world-leading agri-business, he delivered record top and bottom line growth (double digit CAGR) and saw employee engagement scores soar.

Kris is also proud to serve on the boards of directors of various community services organizations.

He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University (Cox Business School), in Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University.
