Emiliano started his international career in the industrial automation industry at General Electric and ABB, where he covered positions in engineering, project management, and sales. After delivering multiple turnkey projects in Europe, North America, and Asia, and having obtained an MBA, he entered the strategy consulting industry in 2004 at Globalpraxis and made his career across all steps of the consulting ladder.
As a consultant, Emiliano believes in helping organizations deliver superior results and supporting people development, both for the client as well as internally. Passionate about innovation, he continuously develops new methodologies and processes in order to customize the consulting services to the specific problem and client situation, to maintain the consulting service up to date in a fast changing and digitalizing business environment, and to embed more agility in consulting projects and internal company processes.
Emiliano is highly regarded by key leading companies as an extremely factual, analytical, and sharp thinker. He has also delivered outstanding results on the numerous assignments he has managed. He is an expert in strategy, customer management, and commercialization processes, with specialization in revenue growth management and route-to-market in brick-and-mortar and digital business models, primarily in the FMCG industry, but also having significant experience in telecom, travel, & classified media industries.
Emiliano’s experience in consulting now spans 15 years in more than 20 countries across 4 continents.
His degree is in electrical engineering (with honors) and he holds an MBA from IESE, Barcelona.
An Italian national, he speaks Italian, English, Spanish, German, and French.
