He has a professional understanding of the North American market, where he successfully managed demand planning for a leading sportswear manufacturer, including supply chain optimization through advanced analytics and automation. In addition, during his previous work with a major financial institution, he significantly improved their operational efficiency, revamping premium and claims systems, automating financial reporting, and implementing data-driven decision processes.
Justin holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a MSc in Operations Research, and a BSc in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, both from the Florida Institute of Technology in the USA.
He is Barbadian and is fluent in English, and has an intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
